These terms govern your use of Jutukas, a real-time social conversation platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

Jutukas is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password private, use one account per person, and do not impersonate others. Usernames that mislead or belong to protected names may be reclaimed.
3. Content and conduct
You keep the rights to what you post and grant Jutukas a licence to display and distribute it within the service. Do not post spam, scams, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, private information about others, or anything illegal. Community moderators and platform staff may hide, remove or restrict content and accounts that break these rules or a community's own rules; you can appeal moderation decisions from within the app.
4. Communities and paid access
Community owners set their own rules within these terms. Paid communities are billed through Stripe; access lasts for the paid period and ends when a subscription is cancelled or a payment fails. Refunds follow the community owner's stated policy and applicable consumer law.
5. AI features
Summaries, moderation assistance and the personal assistant are generated automatically from content you already have access to. They can be wrong; do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. AI never bans or removes content on its own — a person reviews it.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and require your renewed consent.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; it is deactivated immediately and erased after a 14-day grace period. We may suspend accounts that endanger other users or the service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jutukas is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Estonia unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
